Download (open) the zip file and drag the folder "email extractor file onto your desktop

Double click the folder "email extractor file" and then double click the EmailExtractor_Trial logo followed by run

Press "load" and then browse for any  text file that you have chosen to list the websites that you wish to scrape emails from. (If you have a list in any excel document you can simply select all and then paste into notepad or a similar program - in order to maximize the best use of the software it is best to sort your data and then import in order that you can put the email addresses next to the relevant website afterwards

Press "extract"

Please note that the trial version will only search 10 domains (3 at a time) before it will stop working. To contine the trial you must double click "New Trial"

The full version allows you to search 9 domains at a time with unlimited use.

You will see that the extraction output is into excel. This allows you to import the email addresses after extraction directly back into your data sheet.
